Born and raised in San Jose, CA, Edson was introduced to soccer by watching his father play. Edson had the opportunity to continue his education and soccer career while playing for Santa Clara University. He also had the chance to represent El Salvador by playing on the U23 National team. The relationship he has with his father has grown because of the sport and since he has had the opportunity to play for his country.
After college Edson had the opportunity to play on multiple professional teams, including Zejtun Corinthians FC in South Eastern Region, Malta, SV Rottenman in Styria, Austria, and Ontario Fury in California. Edson is very happy to have the opportunity to now play for Bay Cities FC, where he is glad to be back at home and play in the Bay Area with the chance to see his family at every game.
