Pedro Galvão signed for the club ahead of the 2019 NPSL season after previously playing for Penn FC in the USL, where he appeared in 17 games in 2018.

The defender also played for FC Edmonton in the NASL after a lengthy career in Portugal. Galvão played in the youth academies of Benfica and Acadêmica and played professionally for clubs including Gil Vicente and Sertanense.
