Born and raised in Redwood City, CA, soccer was introduced to Victor by his father who also played growing up and wanted to follow his footsteps. After high school, Victor continued his education and soccer career at Cal State Bakersfield, which gave him the opportunity to travel and connect with new people. Signing with Bay Cities means the world to Victor. He has the opportunity to play in the city he grew up in and play the sport he loves.
